Where is my parcel?

We will provide a tracking number for parcel tracing once the order is shipped.

If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbor.

Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.


In case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us for further assistance.

Why my mobile number is needed for my order?

Your mobile number will be used for order confirmation through WhatsApp.

Please ensure the validity of your mobile number carefully as invalid numbers will lead to order cancelation.
