Domestic delivery time: 1-3 business days after processing and shipping

International delivery time: up to 14 business days after processing and shipping

Free domestic shipping over: HKD 1,000

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed the following business day.

Crystal Zen is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Crystal Zen until receipt of final payment.

We do not ship order on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
