We do not accept product exchanges or returns as raw stones/gemstones are regarded as personal items.

I broke my product accidentally.

My gemstone doesn't work with me well.

My gemstone has a change in color after a while.

Slight color and shininess variation are normal, and its spiritual functions won't be affected.
